Healing by Hands uses Healing Touch, an energy healing art with a heart-centred, caring philosophy. It is a biofield therapy — an energy-based approach to health and well-being that works with the body's own ability to heal.
Through gentle, non-invasive balancing of the energy system, Healing Touch supports physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Sessions are deeply relaxing and tailored to each person, whether you are managing pain, clearing a busy mind, or simply seeking a sense of calm and restoration.
Julie Hands is an NZ-qualified Healing Touch Practitioner. Alongside her family of five adult children and thirteen grandchildren, she trained full-time through mentored study in Christchurch, completing her certification in 2025. She brings warmth, presence and care to every session.
